05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Teer night processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on the same day they are submitted, provided the request is made within normal processing hours. Requests submitted outside of processing hours will be handled on the next available business day.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.

10 Account Termination

11 Limitation of Liability

Teer night provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, teer night will not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of teer night.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits teer night's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms
